Fluoxetine, sold under the brand name Prozac, among others, is an antidepressant medication of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class used for the treatment of major depressive disorder, anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and bulimia nervosa. It is also approved for treatment of major depressive disorder in adolescents and children eight years of age and over. It has also been used to treat premature ejaculation. Fluoxetine is taken by mouth.

Fluoxetine วางจำหน่ายภายใต้ชื่อการค้า Prozac และชื่ออื่น ๆ เป็นยาแก้ซึมเศร้าในกลุ่มยับยั้งการดูดกลับของเซโรโทนินแบบคัดเลือก (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor; SSRI) ใช้สำหรับรักษาโรคซึมเศร้ารุนแรง ความวิตกกังวล โรคย้ำคิดย้ำทำ (obsessive–compulsive disorder; OCD) โรคตื่นตระหนก โรคบกพร่องทางอารมณ์ก่อนมีประจำเดือน (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) และโรคเบูลิเมีย (bulimia nervosa) นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับการรับรองสำหรับการรักษาโรคซึมเศร้ารุนแรงในวัยรุ่นและเด็กอายุ 8 ปีขึ้นไป และยังถูกใช้เพื่อรักษาภาวะหลั่งเร็ว Fluoxetine รับประทานทางปาก
