Wikipedia Doxofylline

Doxofylline is a phosphodiesterase inhibiting bronchodilator used in the treatment of chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD. Like theophylline, it is a xanthine derivative.

Doxofylline เป็นยาขยายหลอดลมที่ออกฤทธิ์ยับยั้งเอนไซม์ฟอสโฟไดเอสเทอเรส (phosphodiesterase) ใช้สำหรับการรักษาโรคทางเดินหายใจเรื้อรัง เช่น โรคหืดและ COPD คล้ายกับ theophylline โดยเป็นอนุพันธ์แซนทีน (xanthine)
