Wikipedia Brimonidine tartrate

Brimonidine is an α2 agonist medication used to treat open-angle glaucoma, ocular hypertension, and rosacea. In rosacea it improves the redness. It is used as eye drops or applied to the skin. It is also available in the fixed-dose combination medication brimonidine/timolol along with timolol maleate.

Brimonidine เป็นยากลุ่ม agonist ของตัวรับ α2 ใช้สำหรับรักษาต้อหินมุมเปิด ภาวะความดันในลูกตาสูง และโรซาเชีย (rosacea) โดยในโรซาเชียจะช่วยลดอาการผิวแดง ใช้ในรูปแบบยาหยอดตาหรือใช้ทาผิวหนัง นอกจากนี้ยังมีจำหน่ายในรูปแบบยาผสมขนาดปริมาณคงที่ (fixed-dose combination) คือ brimonidine/timolol ซึ่งรวมกับ timolol maleate
