Pralidoxime
Pralidoxime or 2-PAM, usually as the chloride or iodide salts, belongs to a family of compounds called oximes that bind to organophosphate-inactivated acetylcholinesterase. It is used to treat organophosphate poisoning in conjunction with atropine and either diazepam or midazolam. It is a white solid.
Pralidoxime หรือ 2-PAM มักอยู่ในรูปของเกลือคลอไรด์หรือเกลือไอโอไดด์ จัดอยู่ในกลุ่มสารประเภทออกซิม (oximes) ซึ่งจับกับเอนไซม์อะเซทิลโคลีนเอสเทอเรสที่ถูกยับยั้งโดยสารประเภทออร์แกโนฟอสเฟต ใช้รักษาภาวะพิษจากสารประเภทออร์แกโนฟอสเฟตร่วมกับ atropine และ diazepam หรือ midazolam ลักษณะเป็นของแข็งสีขาว
